This course explains how you can focus on the moment and on the little details of life, so that all the small worries are less overwhelming and made more manageable.
This course explains what mindfulness is and what it's benefits are, allowing you to train your brain for mindful living. A range of exercises, some short and some more in-depth, have been provided for practicing mindfulness. There are tips for incorporating mindfulness for different times of the day. We also provide exercises for adults and children, so there is something for the whole family. Also included are tools that will aid you in the practicing of mindfulness.
