This course explains how you can focus on the moment and the little details of life so that all the minor worries are less overwhelming and more manageable.
This course explains mindfulness's benefits, allowing you to train your brain for mindful living. A range of exercises, some short and some more in-depth, have been provided for practising mindfulness. In addition, there are tips for incorporating mindfulness at different times of the day. We also provide exercises for adults and children, so there is something for the whole family. Also included are tools that will aid you in practising mindfulness.
